Many of these factors are uncontrollable, but how we choose to nourish and strengthen our skin can be controlled. 

Refund Policy


KISMATSKIN does not allow returns or exchanges of any products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction (Please review section below).

Due to hygienic concerns, our products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Upon investigation KISMATSKIN may offer refunds on products that arrive damaged. However, the damaged product must be reported within 5 days of purchase. 

You must contact us before returning any purchase and receive approval from KISMATSKIN. to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.

Adverse Reaction.

Sometimes things just do not work out. We understand that. Please reach out to with your order number and the products you would like to exchange/return and we will take care of the rest. KISMATSKIN reserves the right to request a Doctors letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Do note all instructions, ingredients, reviews and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please do contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

Damaged and/or defective products

Upon receipt of your purchase, please do inspect your order for any defects and/or damages. If there are any concerns, our team will investigate the matter closely with hopes to find a solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KISMATSKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, KISMATSKIN will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
